If you have used R&K Healthcare patient transport services your feedback of your experience is very important to us whether it be good or bad. The good experience’s are really great to hear about but also if you have unfortunately had a bad experience with us we need to hear about those also. OUR CARE QUALITY COMMISSION REPORTS
The Care Quality Commission can at any time and without notice inspect any service provider to make sure that they are providing safe, effective, compassionate and high quality care to their service users. On completion of their inspection the CQC will then rate and produce a report on the provider, and in some instances can even stop the provider from carrying out healthcare services.
